By registering as a member of the iReels Casting & Media Database you agree to these Terms & Conditions. iReels Casting & Media Database is provided by the Lemon Casting group of companies (Lemon Casting Ltd), by using the iReels database website service you accept and agree to the terms & conditions laid out on the website. First & foremost you must be over 16 years of age to use the iReels database service. iReels will not be held responsible for any dishonest content or what could be deemed liable on the website displayed by any artist member or subscriber. The artist and subscriber must submit honestly to the best of their knowledge any left content on the iReels database website. iReels disclaims all responsibility for any losses or damages with any connection to the iReels database website. iReels are not held responsible for any business or financial losses which may occur through any projects . Any breakdown in communication or unforeseen circumstance with any artist member or Job/Casting posting on the iReels database website resulting in financial loss iReels database website cannot be held responsible should such an incident occur. iReels is not an agency it is a website database where people can publish their profile for casting professionals or companies who are seeking a specific talent or person. Any member whom acquires a Job/ Casting through the Database is handled independently by the Artist and Client and all contact is between the two parties and to be negotiated away from the Database. It is the Artists responsibility to discuss and arrange fees or Payment with the Client.The main feature of the iReels Database is to have your profile recognised by potential Clients.iReels cannot guarantee any work for any artist member/subscriber.iReels will from time to time advertise Castings/Jobs as a added bonus to all full members. You can cancel your subscription only after the first quarter at least 7 days before your next payment is due. There are no refunds available on any advanced payment. Any images sent in to us must have suitable permission to be used. iReels takes no responsibility for any images sent in to us. It is the artists responsibility to get permission to use the images from whoever owns the rights to the images.
